Evaluate and optimize your home office & workstation ergonomics to eliminate pain and amplify productivity. Assessment includes: . • A pre-meeting questionnaire (including photos of workspace). • 30-minute online virtual consultation to review of any pain/discomfort, workstation positioning and coaching on immediate improvements. • An detailed report outlining advised positional modifications and recommended cost effective ergonomic products to optimize the set-up. • An exercise and stretching program to manage and mitigate the negative effects of static workstation positioning.
